We’re beyond excited to share some brilliant news: Outrank has officially been shortlisted for Small Business of the Year at the Tees Tech Awards 2025! It’s a fantastic recognition of the hard work, creativity, and results we’ve delivered over the past year – and to be highlighted among some of the region’s most innovative businesses is something we’re genuinely proud of.
But that’s not all – this year, we’re also proud to be sponsoring the ‘Tech Start Up’ category at the awards. As a company that started with just a handful of people, big ambitions, and a lot of late nights, we know exactly how much passion, resilience, and risk goes into launching a start-up – especially in the world of tech. This nomination is the cherry on top of what has already been an incredible year for Outrank. In April, we were honoured to win Small Business of the Year at the Tees Business Awards 2025, a huge achievement that recognised our growth and impact across the region. On top of that, we were ranked third in the UK’s Great Place to Work 2025 list, which felt like a real celebration of the people-first culture we’ve built here at Outrank.

The Tees Tech Awards are a brilliant celebration of the innovation, energy, and talent coming out of the Tees Valley tech sector. From cutting-edge developers to creative marketers, digital pioneers to IT innovators – this region is bursting with bright minds and bold ideas, and it’s amazing to see that recognised on such a big stage.
