The Great Place To Work® Awards are well-known for setting the highest standards for identifying excellent workplaces. These awards are given after a detailed and independent review process. This process checks how well companies help their employees grow, create a trusting environment, and bring new ideas to life within their teams.

The prestigious ceremony, held at Grosvenor House in London, brought together the best of the best, celebrating companies that go above and beyond in creating a supportive and welcoming workplace environment. We are nominated for many awards for many reasons, but this is the one which is very close to the heart of our CEO; it is very important to him not only to grow a thriving agency but to ensure that we are all on the journey together.
Outrank’s Journey to the Top
This past year at Outrank, we’ve been busy introducing new initiatives that really make a difference in our workplace culture and how happy our team feels.
We’ve rolled out a health care plan, employee assistance programme, EMI scheme, bonus structure and an extended holiday allowance as well as continuing with some of the things which, we feel, have always made us great such as flexible working hours, location and understanding that people have commitments outside the office. If it is related to child care, pet-care, mental health, physical health, attending university or going to get their car serviced… we want to lead the way in treating everyone with respect, fairness, and equality and believe that when people are valued and cared for it makes them better at what they do.
These changes come from our dedication to being more than just a great place to work. We want Outrank to be a place where everyone feels included and valued. This ethos has helped us move up in the rankings, and we’re really proud of how far we’ve come.

Our team’s feedback has been essential in achieving this recognition. Through anonymous surveys conducted by Great Place To Work®, our employees have voiced their appreciation for our culture of continuous learning and mutual support.
Here’s a particularly touching comment from one of our team members: “When I started at Outrank I was in a really tough place in my life, unlike many employers the CEO and Directors here have continuously offered support which goes above and beyond to ensure my mental and physical well-being has improved over the last year. Whether it is flexible working, adapting my job role, a cup of tea and a chat, bringing me flowers or being a safe place to confide in at any time of the day or night, I could not have asked for more support. The CEO even invited me for Christmas dinner. They just cannot do enough to ensure we are cared for and valued.”
