Fiona is the Search Director here at Outrank! Offering years of experience and unmatched knowledge in the industry, unlike many managers she can often be found rolling up her sleeves and getting stuck into the workload to embrace the “all hands on deck” approach that we take here. This fits in perfectly to the “we need a bigger boat” mentality we have which reflects the constant growth we undergo.

Always having a truly amazing attitude to everything she does (with a gorgeous smile on her face) and being extremely dedicated to her work, she can often be found sending out emails after 10pm to ensure the next working day runs as smoothly as possible.

After being told to put away the laptop to have a little downtime, you may find her enjoying a glass of wine with her cat, living her interior design dream playing luxury house flipper or out socialising with friends and family.
